About Voices of Defenders

Voices of Defenders is a project supporting agents of social change in Ukraine — young defenders and war volunteers. Its activities include publishing printed and audio short stories; joint democracy-in-action trainings for Ukrainian and Danish youth; presentations by Ukrainian volunteers at the Folkemodet democracy festival; art therapy through singing; advocacy campaigns led by young activists; stage performances, and more.

Project organizers

The project is implemented by the teams of YMCA-YWCA Lviv and KFUM og KFUK in Denmark, with funding from CISU (Civil Society in Development) of the Kingdom of Denmark.
